St. Anne’s Cathedral of Debrecen
welcomes all visitors to our church.
St Anne’s Church is the Cathedral of the Debrecen-Nyíregyháza Roman Catholic Diocese. It is a place for silence, masses, music and lighting candles.
The Cathedral rests on three main pillars: church services, art and diaconate. We firmly believe that these pillars support and enrich the individual and make the Cathedral a spiritual home to all people.
We focus our attention on the Lord’s receptiveness to life in all its forms. We believe in the connection between the Holy and the ordinary, the Holy and glorious God and human pain, loneliness and distress. We believe that the light of our Lord shines through our cracks.
The Cathedral is open every day of the week.
